Booking terms and conditions

  1. Arrival and Payment: Camping spots are to be paid before arrival.
  2. Camping:
    • Spots are numbered, and staff will guide you.
    • Camping reservations can be canceled free of charge via email 1 day before arrival.
    • Fill out the passenger card. Passenger cards can be found in the kitchen of the camping area, where you can also leave the filled-out card in the mailbox reserved for them.
  3. Rental Equipment and Sauna: Reservations can be canceled free of charge via email 1 day before arrival.
  4. Electric bicycles
    – Follow traffic rules
    – wear a helmet
    – Lock the bike
    – Damage caused by negligence remains the customer’s responsibility and the deductible of the insurance up to €500.
