Labra is a small meeting room in the main building and it seats up to 10 people. Rent includes good parking, catering, dinnerware, cleaning, WiFi, screen with necessary cables and a flip chart. The room has a kettle, a microwave oven and a fridge. Catering can be purchased as is or you can ask for a quote if you want a customized package.
When you make a reservation:
*Select date from the availability calendar (note that the calendar will show an overnight booking, since it starts at 07:00 and ends at 01:00)
*Enter the number of people so we can suggest best seating arrangements
*Book meals in one of the rooms (Nobel-hall or dining room, Labra)
Breakfast is served in the breakfast hall. Coffee is served in Labra. Please book it at least 3 days prior. Lunch will be served in the dining room.
*In the comment field, you can notify us of any dietary restrictions, tell us the theme of your event and request our drinks menu.
We will confirm everything with you before your booking is final and we will send you an invite with all instructions 3-4 days before the event.
